slowthai tour poster concept (2021)

These posters were designed as part of a college project to create a poster in a style of my choice inspired by a designer.  The designer I took inspiration from, Jamie Reid, produced artwork for posters advertising Sex Pistols gigs.  I decided to design a tour poster for an artist I like - slowthai using physical artefacts - a five pound note and ripped paper pieces and Photoshop.  This artwork was produced entirely at home during lockdown.

Equality and Diversity poster for campaign at Long Road Sixth Form College (2020)

This poster design, to promote equality and diversity at my college, was produced as a competition entry.  I wanted to use humour to get the point across, using the parody of a Tweet.  I designed it in twenty minutes on Photoshop.  It won a cash prize in the competition and was displayed around the college.  

'Vengeance' film poster quad (2021)

This movie quad poster was for an assessed college project with a brief to create a poster for a fictional movie in a genre of my choice.  I chose action thriller.  I used my own original photography and the 'actor' is me!  I used Lightroom for the imagery and Photoshop for the type and composition.  The finished piece was enlarged by the teacher and displayed at college.

Famous movie poster recreation (2021)

This poster was an experimental re-creation for a movie quad poster, done completely from scratch. I used imagery from a different movie poster (Unbroken) and the styling of the poster from the Al Pacino movie Scarface.
